The Staff: I have to say, the staff at this hotel were like superheroes! They were always attentive and ready to assist, just like having a personal concierge at your beck and call.
Shower Design: The shower in my room had no walls or curtain, which made things quite messy.

The hotel had stunning decor and a great location. The staff quickly addressed any snags or issues that we had during our stay, like the lights not turning off in the room. They even provided a welcome fruit plate and a bottle of fizz, which was a nice touch.
There were a few small things that we didn't like about our stay. when we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for over an hour.
